What vehicles does this work with?
Any vehicle with an OBD-II port — that's every car and light truck sold in the United States since 1996. The FMC003 also supports over 150 electric vehicle models for diagnostic data.
Do I need my phone in the car?
No. The FMC003 has built-in 4G cellular and GPS. It works completely independently of your phone. Your car reports its location, diagnostics, and driving data whether your phone is nearby or not.
Can my teen disable it?
No. The device is plugged into the OBD port under the dashboard. It's always on as long as the vehicle has battery power. There's no app for them to close, no Bluetooth to disconnect, and no button to press.
Can I add more vehicles later?
Yes. Buy an additional FMC003 device and add it to your account. If your current plan doesn't support enough vehicles, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees, no penalties, no long-term commitments.
What about the SIM card / data fees?
4G data is included in your monthly plan. There are no separate SIM fees, no data overage charges, and no extra connectivity costs. It's all built into the price you see.
How accurate is the GPS?
Under 2.5 meters. The FMC003 uses four satellite systems simultaneously — GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou — for maximum accuracy in any location.
Can I track multiple drivers on one car?
Yes. The system logs every trip automatically. Driver identification is based on who's assigned to that vehicle in your account. If multiple people share a car, all trips are recorded regardless of who's behind the wheel.
Does the AI really work?
Yes. The AI is trained on your specific vehicle's data over time. It analyzes real trends in your engine data, sensor readings, and driving patterns. The longer it monitors your car, the more accurate the predictions become. It's not guessing — it's learning your vehicle.
What's the speed alert delay?
Near-instant. The device sends its position every 10-30 seconds over 4G. When a speed threshold is exceeded, the alert fires on the next data packet — typically within seconds.
