By accessing or using Frontrac Familia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pragmatic Business Solutions ("Frontrac," "we," "us," or "our").
Frontrac Familia provides vehicle GPS tracking, OBD-II diagnostic data reading, driving behavior monitoring, AI-powered vehicle insights, and alert notifications via a plug-in hardware device (Teltonika FMC003) and accompanying web/mobile application.
The service requires a monthly subscription and a one-time hardware purchase per vehicle.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Frontrac Familia. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account is permitted per family. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The FMC003 device is purchased one-time per vehicle. Devices are ordered from our certified distributor, configured to your account, and shipped to you. Estimated delivery is 2–6 weeks from the date of order.
The device becomes your property upon delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation. The device must be installed in a vehicle you own or have legal authority to monitor.
You represent and warrant that you have legal authority to track any vehicle monitored through the service. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding vehicle tracking, including obtaining consent from vehicle operators where required by law.
Frontrac does not verify your legal right to track a vehicle. You assume all legal liability for the use of the tracking and monitoring features of the service.
The monthly subscription is billed via Stripe. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time — your service will continue through the end of the current billing period.
Device purchases are non-refundable after configuration and shipping. Prices may change with 30 days written notice.
OBD-II data, GPS positions, and AI insights are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.
GPS accuracy depends on satellite visibility and cellular coverage. OBD data accuracy depends on the vehicle's on-board systems. AI predictions and recommendations are based on statistical models and are not professional mechanical advice.
Frontrac Familia is an informational tool. It is not a substitute for professional vehicle inspection, mechanical diagnosis, or repair by a qualified technician.
Do not make safety-critical decisions based solely on data from this service. Always consult a qualified mechanic for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontrac and Pragmatic Business Solutions shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frontrac and Pragmatic Business Solutions, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law.
We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uptime. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Cellular coverage depends on third-party carriers and is not guaranteed in all areas.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease at the end of the current billing period.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.
